No matter what the situation is, there is a way to properly express your point of view; whether it is through verbal or non-verbal communication. Communicating without a desired outcome is like travelling without destination .The way we communicate translates the way we think and feel .
The most important thing in communication is hearing what is not said , because sometimes people don’t talk but we understand them from their behavior – body language or gestures – non verbal communication .
