رائد الفضاء الروسي فاليري كونونينكو

أعلن مدير مختبر “3D Bioprinting Solutions” الروسي للبحوث الحيوية التقنية، يوسف أسواني، أن تجربة طباعة أنسجة الإنسان على متن المحطة الفضائية الدولية تكللت بنجاح تام.

وقال أسواني إن رائد الفضاء الروسي، أوليغ كونونينكو، أجرى العام الماضي على متن المحطة الفضائية الدولية تجربة طباعة أنسجة غضروف بشري، وأنسجة الغدة الدرقية للفأر بواسطة طابعة “أورغان أفتو” الحيوية ثلاثية الأبعاد.

وأضاف قائلا: “يمكننا التأكيد أن تجميع الأعضاء تكلل بنجاح مع الحفاظ على تركيبها الداخلي”.

وأوضح أن كل النماذج للأعضاء المطبوعة سلمت إلى المختبرات التي أكدت نجاح التجربة.

وأشار أسواني إلى أن رائد الفضاء الروسي لم يواجه مشاكل جدية عند طباعة الأعضاء، وليست هناك عوامل أثرت سلبا على نتائج التجربة، مشيرا إلى أن الغدة الدرقية المطبوعة ستزرع على الأرض في فأر حي.

واستطرد مدير المختبر قائلا إن طابعة مثيلة لتلك التي استخدمت في المحطة الفضائية سيتم تصنيعها العام الجاري لتقوم بطباعة أنسجة الإنسان.
