Monument of Rafīq al-Ḥarīrī, former Prime Minister of Lebanon. This is on what is now called Rafic el Hariri avenue. The monument is between the Phoenicia- and Saint Georges Hotel. This is maybe 100 from where is was bombed in 2005.
