We always focus on what people are saying but we never focus on what they are not saying .
I strongly believe that if someone cannot understand your silence can never understand your words .
That’s the practice of silence is very important. It's a practice of peace, balance, harmony, awareness and gratitude. When you first start to practice silence, the outside noise will slowly disappear. Then the internal noise, which is made of your wandering thoughts, will begin to vanish.
When silence is used with intention and purpose, is a superpower .
