يوم جديد – الغضب مع الاختصاصية في السلوكيات البشرية هاسميك دانيال Anger is a natural response to negative situations and sometimes healthy outlet for expressing your feelings about something that has hurt you . Sometimes anger allows us to focus on a solution to the problem we are facing , so if it is used properly and expressed well will be positive . Yet anger can become a problem by itself if you're frequently angry for no reason and becomes incontrollable and overwhelming . People express anger in 3 ways : Passive , aggressive and assertive .
I believe we need to control our mindset and never avoid anger yet learn how to deal with the anger .
