يوم جديد – بين الدراسة عن بعد والألعاب الإلكترونية كيف نحمي نظر أطفالنا؟ موضوع اللقاء مع إختتصاصية قياس نظر ساندرا شمس الدين The mission of the VRC (Vision Rehabilitation Center) is to help in improving the lives of the young and visually impaired and support them in living a more productive life. Our priority is to contribute to a lifetime of visual wellness by providing the highest quality of vision care.
Our children are going through a major lifestyle alteration and that is due the technological development and recently to the COVID-19 pandemic. Devices such as computers, tablets, and smart phones used for E-learning , put increased demands on a person’s visual system leading to Computer Vision Syndrome symptoms, including eye strain, headaches, loss of concentration, and many more.
In this talk, we will highlight the symptoms associated with digital screen exposure, along with possible future complications and solutions and most importantly, tips and tricks for parents and teachers to help them monitor visible symptoms and help in detecting visual problems to enhance the online academic experience for children.
