This year, and despite all the socio-economic difficulties we are facing in our country, with the covid-19 epidemic, Bassma would like to brighten up this Christmas Season to those who need it the most!

18,000 hot meals were distributed during the last three months, 5,000 bread packs, 5,000 bottles of water, 6,000 food & Hygiene packs, 5,000 boxes of diapers and milk to babies. Also, dozens of hearing tests were conducted with our partner PinSound clinic, and hundreds of medicines were distributed. In parallel, Bassma started immediately the reparations with a tea of professionals and fully rehabilitated 500 homes and 11 buildings, including windows, doors, internal works, structural walls and ceilings, home appliances & home furniture. Founded 18 years ago, Bassma is committed to empower destitute families, regardless of any political or religious discrimination.

– Night School: filling educational gaps of public schools’ students, schooling 647 ones, and insuring online tutoring to 100 pupils, through the distribution of laptops and tablets.
